2-Week Quick Start Program
The 2-week quick start program consists of 2 classes which highlights more than 30 key habits for a healthy lifestyle. It offers highly summarised, simple and very effective solutions that you can try immediately after the first class.
At the end of the class, you will be given very simple homework.
Some people may even see improvements in their health within a few days if they are able to change enough habits correctly.
Not many will see result that they want but most will see improvement in their health if they practice enough healthy habits.
Most people will revert back to their old habits after a few weeks once their problem is gone or reduced due to distractions. Therefore, students of this course will be entitled to a one-year support comprising of:
- the quick start one year reminder service.
- 50% off for some classes, events and activities
- occasional free classes and events
Renewal of the membership is only $120 per year. This service is very important to constantly remind you why you need to practice healthy habits.
- During the year you will also receive more information, study and a little more simple home work.
One of the hardest part in maintaining healthy habits is solving distraction and having more control over your mind. Some people do not need extra help but most people do. In the one year you will slowly learn a little more solutions to tackle these problems.
All medical advice must be refer to the proper nutritionist, doctor and specialist.
You must discuss with your Doctor before you start on any new habits recommended including healthy food and exercise.
