Fitness with Salcaa Body Isolation

Move and stretch your body with the Salcaa Body Isolation & Stretch class.  Going from top to toe, our instructors will work with you to loosen the joints and stiff muscles through slow and fast movements and finish with a stretch.

Great for those who want to sweat it out.

Join us for Salcaa on Zoom Mondays 6 - 7pm.
